I’m a long-in-the-tooth research psychologist and academic based between Liverpool and Derbyshire, UK. I’m also a would be poet and story teller and I dabble in place-making too. LiterallyUrbanPsych is the place where I put what I call my ‘inconvenient writings’ – the pieces that fall between disciplines into those dimly lit but vital gaps . These are the pieces I love to write but which my more traditional outlets are not set up to value.
